I was after flourless bread at the shop but could only find gluten free bread that had corn flour. Is that basically flourless? Is gluten free therefore the same as flourless? If not, whats the difference?
Thanks

Sort of. Gluten Free bread is bread made with no wheat, rye, barley and oats. It is most often made of rice, corn or soy flours, or a mixture of the three. (There are tons more tho like potato, tapioca, etc).
Really there is no flourless bread, except maybe some done around the Jewish holidays when they make unleavened bread but even then we've always made it with flour and no yeast (thats the leavening.)

Why do u want a flourless bread? Do u mean gluten free? You always need SOME type of flour, be it gluten free, or mainstream flour tomake a bread.

Good luck, here's soem sites that may help.

Gluten is wheat products. Wheat flour contains gluten. There is no such thing as "flourless" bread. Bread must always be made with some type of flour or it wouldn't be bread. Gluten free means the bread is not made with wheat flour.

Gluten is derived from wheat, and flour is made from it. So finding bread that is Gluten free just means that another type of flour was used instead. Like either corn or rice flour.

There is no one single Paleo Diet, as our ancestors from all over the world ate dramatically different diets depending on the climate where they lived, their landscape, accessibility to water bodies, and the latitude that they lived. This is a detailed meal plan for the paleo diet https://tr.im/woCLK

In some cases, a Paleo Diet may be 90% plant foods and 10% animal foods, and in other cases, a Paleo Diet may be 90% animal foods and 10% plant foods.

For example, our ancestors that lived near the equator had year long access to more plant materials such as root vegetables and various fruits, veggies, and nuts.

On the other hand, our ancestors that lived at higher latitudes further away from the equator only had access to fruits and vegetables seasonally at one specific time period per year, and had larger periods of the year where they ate a higher % of meats, organ meats, fish, and other animal-based foods, or fermented foods that could be stored for winter.

Use spray oil rather than pouring. One squirt contains only 1 calorie compared to 120 calories at a tablespoon. If you use oil with your cooking daily, this small change could lose that you stone over the year.

People who plan their weekly meals are usually successful at losing weight than people who don’t. Plan your dishes to add healthy carbs such as lovely potato and wholegrain pasta, vegetables and lean proteins, buy all the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted you can eat out or order in.
