First off you need talent in arts (writing, painting, music, etc.) and to work hard every day (6-7 hours a day). Read many books and all the time, paint every day study other artists work, play the piano or what musical instrument you have the same for all 6-7 hours a day. (what is your case I have no idea...)
Second: you need to leave the TV alone (I have not watched the TV for 3 months now - only when I eat... the news or rarely read the paper to see who died... or what is happening around me)
Third: You cannot be famous! you should not wish for that!! I am a horror writer and I do not wish to be famous! I wish my work will be famous but not my own person! And you can`t just be "famous" if you are only 14. :|

PS: I am 17 and started to write at 7 (when I learnt how to write - normally all my works then were stupid) now I write philosophy, horror, sf.... (but talent + intelligence is all it takes to be a good writer) I mean you have to know: anatomy, psychology, study all others works, write, write, write, history, etc.. many stuff... all that means Life! The list is infinite.

What is it you want to be famous for?

Do you want to be a famous actress? A famous singer? A famous doctor? A famous journalist?

There are many many ways to become famous and each and every one of them requires having a talent and a passion and working your *** off.

There is no quick way to become famous. Look at reality show contestants. Can you tell me who won the first series of Big Brother? Where are they now? My point is that yeah, there are talentless morons who find celebrity overnight...but it does not last.

Instead of working towards being famous, work towards being a success. Find out what your talent is and develop it, nurture it. You are only 14, you could be anything you want to be, work out what that is. Trust me, if the only answer you have to this is to be famous, you will never be famous.

If what you want is celebrity, then I suggest you see a counsellor. There are people who are very famous who do not court celebrity and the majority of famous people hate the celebrity they have to put up with, the papparazzi on their doorstep, the need to always be on show, always a performer. People who seek out celebrity have some psychological need to be accepted and loved and they should seek help.

I know you are probably thinking of the kids your age who are already famous (Harry Potter cast for example) but the thing is, these kids were taking acting classes and going for auditions and working long before they got their break....success does not come to anyone overnight.

So, my suggestions are to work out what you want to do with your life and work and work towards it, taking allopportunities that come along.

Please please be careful, there are many people out there who wish to take advantage of youngsters who just want to be famous, they will promise you they can help you when they can't. Always make sure people are genuine.

When you work out what you want, ask the question again....how can I become an actress/singer/journalist etc etc, you will get much more insightful answers.

Well now .... to be famous, notoriety to the extreme will do it.

Strip in public, preferably on television.
Snog a celebrity in a public place.
Give a celebrity oral sex in a public place, no wait, you're 14, better not. Wait a few years, pet. Messy business anyway.

You know what? It's better to be good at something rather than just being famous, and it's better that it's something you enjoy. Far more fulfilling. Fame is overrated. It's the ambition of the truly desperate (of spirit, not in talent. It's a fake shangri-la.)

No one knows exactly how to become famous. If there was a formula for it EVERYONE would be famous! LOL Millions of people have amazing talent and are never "discovered" or get that one break that makes it all happen for them. Becoming famous is mostly luck after years and years of learning skills and working, working, working!

You can't just decide to become famous, anyone that usaully thinks "I want to be famous" is a moron, truthfully. Do you have any sort of talent at singing and acting? Can you actually carry a tune? And here's the kicker, do your parents always say you're great? If they do, you probably have no talent. The "You did fabulous honey" families are the ones without any talent.

well, i suppose the quickest way would be to get on a reality show......oh wait, you probably mean for acting or singing.

honestly, your chances of becoming famous through acting/singing are slim. it takes knowing the right people and having connections more than talent. trust me, there are thousands of talented singers and actors(talented moreso than beyonce or tom cruise or whoever) who are singing for quarters in the park or performing on local stages because they don't have uncles in the film industry or mothers who can pay 40,000 dollars for an agent.

my suggestion is get in with a good agency if possible and never give up

at 14 there are so many other things to enjoy than just trying to be famous. you only live once remember and young stars don't have the chance to enjoy what every young teenager enjoys and you have no privacy which you need especially at this point in your life where you are trying to adjust into young adulthood. babe enjoy what you have in life whilst you still can. all the best.
