Please state other things that will affect your decision making. Coz' I noticed that the packaging of the noodles also affects their decision in purchasing. Do you think if we will put the certification of Halal, people will be attaracted to buy our noodles?

first I look for the noodle I want (in the recipe). I like the angel hair noodles (real thin) because they cook fast and go down easy. They are inexpensive as well. I can get about five meals (for one person) or more out of one box for 99 cents.

You are supposed to use certain noodles for certain sauces like ones with lines to hold heavy sauce or smooth ones for pasta salad. However the markets now have such a wide variety of imported pastas that come in shapes I have never seen before. Now I buy those fun pastas simply because they are just that-fun.

I make my own with my pasta machine and I buy semolina flour. It is the best flour for making pasta. I just recently came back from Italy and they use very simple but guality ingridents in all the restaurants. If I don't have time to make my own I buy fresh or dried and always containing semolina flour.

Buy what ever is on sale! Once you cook them and they are in a good sauce you can't tell the cheap from the expensive.

I buy Barilla. My Italian friends say that it is the closest to homemade for the flavor and texture.
