The reason for this is less the shoe, and more due to how you stand and walk on your foot.

If you are looking for a better and more even weight distribution, see a foot Dr / podiatrist. Correcting peoples foot problems is what they do.

it all has to do with the way you walk. I wear both of my shoes out at different rates because I have a hip problem. The only way to reduce shoe-wear is to make sure they fit properly and you don't scuff or drag them when you walk.
Otherwise it's a natural process and there's nothing you can do to avoid it. even if you had a layer of metal put over the souls of your shoes you'd wear through it eventually,

That's likely due to the way you walk. You could try shoe inserts (sold at any drugstore).

I don't know if there's going to much that you can do about this - they are probably wearing down like that because of the way that you walk.
