Try drinking Dandilion Root Tea (don' t know if i spelt that right) according to the self magazine it will make you look thinner for a few days

if you've got some stale food in the fridge ( you know, the ones that have greenish molds growing in them) try eating some of those.
it'll definitely make you sick.
and will definitely make you lose weight.
but yeah, prepare some cash coz you might end up in the hospital;)

drink alot of v8, take vitamins, and dont eat...the nutrients you get from the vitamins and v8 will keep you movin just fine, your not starving you body its gettin what it needs without the extra,
gatorade helps if you feel kinda weary
