Lots of ways. Here's a list.
Drink too much cough syrup (with active ingredient DXM I suggest Delsym)
Breath in a can of aerosol whip cream.
Abuse painkillers or other medications a doctor has prescribed you (especially one's that say they will make you drowsy or dizzy, tell you not to operate machinery or drive, not to take with alcohol, or not to crush or chew).
If you are 18 there is some pill you can buy at the gas station that will get you high but I can't think of the name and it's about $6 for one.
Smell sharpies (never tried this one but it seems like a dumb idea).
I'm sure there are more, but just remember that while these aren't illegal they are all dangerous and you should think about the consequences of your actions before you engage in any of these activties.

Haha!!! yes there is as long as your 18. I have friends who jus barly turned 18 and got there card. U jus have to give a reason like u cant sleep at night or have someone in ur family with a disorder that simple. BUT , not all states have it though!!! I live In CALI so u already know!!!!!!!!!

you could get nitrous oxide, which you can either get from a whipped cream can, or you can buy chargers off of ebay [they hold a small amount but each one will keep you laughing and giddy for about 2 or 3 minutes straight]
