If you are eating the eggs instead of higher fat meats then it is good for you.

will keep your blood fats levels

beans not the yellow or green
lentils
legumes
whole grains like the old fashion cooked cereals
oatmeal home made
cream of wheat
oat bran is one of the best
brown rice
wild rice
eggs are high in protein and low in Cal's
there are about 68 to 78 Cal's in a whole egg
most of the Cal's and protein are in the yolk
an egg white has only 20 Cal's in it but hardly no protein either
red meat and other meats
have more fat in them than eggs

It totally depends on which health "expert" that's talking. Some will say it's bad, some will say it's good. It kind of depends on the type of egg you eat. There is the typical supermarket egg and then there are eggs that are "Omega-3 enriched", "vegetarian fed hens", "high DHA omega-3" -- these eggs will contain more Omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids are good for us and have many benefits.
The typical large egg whether the supermarket type or Omega-3 enriched have 4 or 5 gm of fat with 1-1.5 of that fat being saturated fat. Keep this in mind as you keep track of your fat grams for the day.
Personally, I think eggs are very healthy for you and a good source of protein. You just have to be aware of the fat content as you figure out your total fat intake for the day.

yes it is..the cholesterol in the egg yolk is actually pretty high.
an average person should eat only 2-3 eggs/week, as a matter of fact. if you wanna eat egg everyday, cut back on your other fatty foods...unless you wanna have clogged arteries by the time you're 30.

You can eat one yellow cooked yolk and two whites a day.
It is healthy ,but try to eat three times a week instead,however; you can eat three whites a day . They won't harm your heart and arteries.
