TENNIS!! I live away at college so during the summer there's not many of my friends here - so I go and hit against the backboard - and although it's sorta tough at first it's the BEST way to improve your game!! so when school gets back in you can totally try out for the team! I also love walking and jogging in a different park every week - learn to play guitar - it's much easier than it looks - my things would be to spend less time at the computer because once you get on it's hard to get off!

If you got 15$ to spare... or time to go to the library, get this book:
One Small Step Can Change Your Life: The Kaizen Way
Robert Maurer

It will really help you get your life changed in a way you enjoy and towards activities you also enjoy. If you are not into reading... well it is still ok, do a couple of pages a day... or maybe one page a day... that is the beauty of it. Tiny little steps towards a big change, so that your brain does not go into shock... and you do not feel like you are putting your life upside down.

Insteads of like playing the computer twice a day, limit yourself to once a day for a half an hour, and TV once a day for an hour, or switch off between the two every other day.

And the time you are not watching TV, go play some sports, go for a walk.

Sounds like you live in a cave! First of all, invest in 3 alarm clocks. Set them so they go off at different times, this might get you up earlier (it worked for a soldier friend who had them going off at 5am, 5.30, and by the time the 3rd went off at 6am he was ready to get up). If you really want to change your decadent lifestyle, try and get out each bloody day even if it kills you. Check out sport: jogging, cycling, swimming or rock-climbing if you're a loner, but there a millions of team sports...and don't forget archery, martial arts, or knitting clubs! Check out voluntary services, you never know, might find something interesting. If you live in a town, do some exploring...if you live in the country, do some hiking and get interested in the birds and bees. Have fun.

Well, looks like you are living an unproductive life style. You yourself have said it, do sports that you are interested in but not ask someone who is not you, how you expect others to answer it for you. If you are schooling then I guess it's best that you plan something for your future, its going to be fast to the day when you graduate from school. Wake up earlier. Sleep early, Our body needs time to rest, I.E. Liver rest from 1am to 3am. That's also the time when they do all detox for you.
So, Happy planning and live healthy.
