I need exactly 1 at a time! Sometimes that means trying 20-30 different ones to find it. In order to narrow the search down to the 20-30 I need to start from a selection of hundreds (1000's? lol) and start eliminating 'stuff' that won't make the final cut. When I finally arrive at my 1 selection (and it is 90% of the time a jig/craw or TX rigged plastic) I push my huge tackle bag to the back of the boat for ballast. It really helps even out the weight of the boat since I usually fish alone! Don't even try that on a kayak.
Glad to hear you really got into the 'snakes' last week with some fantastic catches.
My friend I suggest you read "The Old Man and the Sea" before you set out in that kayak for some saltwater action. Heehee
BTW...I can win that tourney with 1 Strike King 3x crawworm.
Rock on!

I have a large box for bass, top water, cranks, jigs, panfish, small plastics and side bags for plastic worms, craws, and tubes. All on the same tackle bag. I have about 15 rods, all for a purpose (women, except fishing women, don't get this).
I have another box just for Pike and Musky. Then there's the hard water fishing gear and we won't get into that today.
I can name that tune in ......3 notes!!! LOL

On the rare occasions I pull out a spinning rod I carry i small plano box w/ the following: black rooster tail, silver/blue
rapala, rebel crayfish, flatfish and a few Mr. twisters, it's fun
to go on the boat w/ one of my friends and just gaze upon the
huge tackle boxes loaded w/ crankbaits, buzz baits, rubber worms, and all the other applicable amenities and wonder why that much gear is needed with much good natured ribbing between us. Of course when I hit the stream I have a fly box full of dries, one full full of nymphs,
one full of streamers.............and my friend has one fly box
with a few each, and the good natured ribbing begins again.
