You're being a bit selective with the quotes there, brother.

You're right that we need to seek to do righteousness in order to obtain God's mercy. Even Jesus said that (as you have pointed out).

I guess in Islam, "Allah is merciful" means that imperfection is tolerated, provided there is a real desire to perform the works of righteousness. Well, the same is true in Christianity... Only we acknowledge that Christ makes up the difference... while in Islam you attribute mercy only to Allah... without reference to someone "paying the price" which justice would demand.

P.S. I know Jesus is not God. Jesus serves God.

Your scriptural exegesis isn't working very well.

What will you pay to God for sins? What does God need? In my Bible God needs nothing.

As far as paying for sins, Jesus did that. All we have to do is trust Him for it.

John 3
17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.

Jesus is the Son of God, Punter. He claimed not only that He is the Son, but that He is the Resurrection. There are no adequate payments for sins apart from Jesus.
