This is not a question, just a little bit of aviation law/humor. i may post some more depending on the response i get. i will also choose best answer/response to said law.

ALASKA- It is illegal for any person to push a live moose out of a moving aircraft.... so does that mean its legal to push a dead one out?

Generally the reason dumb sounding laws were passed was because some one did what is now prohibited to do.

well, like alot of things in aviation ...it depends..
here is what the regs say concerning throwing objects out of an aircraft.

Sec. 91.15

Dropping objects.

No pilot in command of a civil aircraft may allow any object to be dropped from that aircraft in flight that creates a hazard to persons or property. However, this section does not prohibit the dropping of any object if reasonable precautions are taken to avoid injury or damage to persons or property.

hmm not sure but thankfully no dead moose dropped out of the sky while i lived in Alaska.

I'm not sure you can push anything out of a plane unless you had a reason to do so.
