I am in urgent and I need visit visa for US
When I check on VFS site for interview date, it just asking to wait
So what is the solutions or no solution
Its very important for me to go US now, Please help me to get correct information

No, you can't just show up at the consulate in Chennai and expect to apply for a visa. You must go through the normal appointment and application process.
Even if your case involves a genuine emergency - the death or serious illness of a close relative in the US - you must follow the prescribed process:

The number of Indians overstaying visitors, student, and other visas, as well as the very high incidence of visa fraud in various categories (including H1-b) has reset the bar pretty high for Indians. Millions of Indians are trying to get into the US when there's 22.5% unemployment and over 31 million Americans are desperately looking for work. You cannot help your cousins. If they are planning to apply for student visas for next school year, it is a really terrible idea for them to apply for visitor visas now. They'd want to be back home for at least a year before they apply for student visas. Do not invite them. Do not attempt to help them get visitor visas. Advise them to wait until they are ready to apply for student visas. If their visit visa is denied, it is highly unlikely they will get student visas. Besides, they are going to have to prove they have a very great deal of money to get those student visas, so they'd better not spend any money on vacations when they plan to go to school.

That's a consulate. The Embassy is in Delhi.
