I just had a bowl of seedless red grapes. So good. Wish I could share some with you.

How about some cheese and crackers or some fruit with a slice of cheese.

Maybe a scrambled egg sandwich.

Nothing, go to sleep or go work out and drink a glass of waterto get rid of the craving. but if you think it's hunger because you didn't eat enough today THEN eat[and make it healthy]..but only if you are sure it's not just a craving.

If you are trying to stay up, then you should have a drink like coffee or tea. I make Black Caramel tea.
if you are staying up for fun with some buddies, have a sweet treat bu tonly a little. Maybe have some juice or soda. Very little because you may get hyper and wake others up. :)
