I'm not sure I understand what you are asking. But if it's what I think your saying, "my sitter is always sick" ? then it's time for a new sitter. One that is dependable and caring. And ignore the other answer saying you should quit work. I agree that it's best to stay home if you can. But not too many people get that opportunity and need the extra income.

following solutions may be tried depending on which is suitable for your circumstances, or you may combine 2 solutions also.

1.take a leave without pay for 3-6 months & look for decent help ( get her medicl check up done) train her & then join back your work
2. leave your job until kid is 3 years old & starts going to play school
3.shift your residence near to your in laws or parents & request their help & support.
4. ask you parents & in laws to take turns & live with you for a while.

nobody takes better care than a mom !!!
so decide between your career n kid, may be you take a break n restart ur career some time latter, all the best
