Well, ''Oreo'' is an extremely common name for a black/white cat. You forgot to mention if the cat is male or female, though.
- Bandit
- Freckles
- Panda
- Marbles
- Patch

Please don't name it Oreo everyone thinks that that's the most original name for a black and white and it's not every Tom, D*ck and Harry name their cats that, just like everyone who's ever adopted names the animal Lucky (how do they do it...) I like Dice, Domino, Ying Yang, Boots(if the feet are all white)

I was going to name my cat Mono (short for monotone), then changed it to Bono, with mixed elements of U2 and monotone together. But ended up naming him Chez for his love of cheese. Play around with words, things that he likes, and mix and match them.
