Well it depends on what you are seeing there. For the sporting events it is air conditioned but you are still packed in with thousands of other people so you don't really feel that cold. For floor shows or visitor events it is usually well air conditioned. For concerts sometimes they don't air condition it for the artist. Madonna drew flack a while back because she had it off for her vocal chords. It depends on the event as to how warm or cold it will be.
