It depends how old you each are...if either is still in high school, I would say not. If you're both in college or older, it's not a big deal.
And it depends on what "whike a kid" means.

It depends on how old you are. My boyfriend and I have a 4 year difference, but I'm not a little kid.

depends if the person is a minor or not. if they are both legal...than it's not a problem.
