Primarily anti-depressants are a good supplement to the therapy, but the only thing that will actually treat OCD is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)

You need to see a Therapist for you problems, we are not doctors or psychiatrists. Lithium is used almost exclusively for Bipolar which could be co-morbid with OCD, and Adderall is a stimulant used for ADD.

I believe that taking Adderall caused my son to have symptoms of OCD. Since he does not take Adderall any more the OCD has cleared up.

Of course as others have said a Psychiatrist could tell you many but I took one a few years back called Luvox and it is almost exclusively prescribed for OCD. It helped me but I had to stop taking it because it interacted with another medication that I had to start taking. You can always ask your Dr. about it and others. Good luck~

If you have OCD it is best to get counseling, taking a pill solves nothing.
