Thanks.

Some things can heal without medical treatment. This is not a miracle. Once again, I bring up the amputation issue. Let's see if anyone claims an amputated limb "miraculously" grew back.

Yes, I have experienced seemingly "miraculous" healing… at least some people thought it so. No, these healings were not "miraculous" in the superstitious sense.

I have had seemingly miraculous recoveries from broken bones, stabbings, blunt trauma, gunshot, poison, dysentery, dehydration, acute infections, high fevers, hypothermia and deadly spider bites without medical treatment.

I certainly would have accepted medical treatment if any were available at those times, but none was. (I’ll spare the horrid details.)

Some of the insults I have sustained definitely would have healed much faster if I had been able to get medical treatment. In some cases, I had to get medical treatment after the healing seemed complete because other related problems developed. It's a good thing I did too. I wouldn't be here otherwise!

In every case, the healing was a combination of knowledge, cooperating with nature.

In the sense that Nature is "miraculous" well, then yes, you could realistically interpret that to be amazing. The immune system is one of those “miraculous things” that science has just recently started to understand.

It is certain that none of this healing was the result of divine intervention. Common sense, first-aid training, scientific knowledge of chemistry, field-medicine, emergency equipment and a strong will to survive are all helpful.

Taken together, some might interpret these influences as "miraculous." At the time, I would have been open to and graciously accepting of any miracle. Alas, none was forthcoming.

Some of my comrades still think I would be dead if not for divine intervention. However, I’m sure that no one in those situations would trade prayer for a survival knife and a first-aid kit. Nes't pas?

When I was a baby, I had 90% of my liver destroyed. The hospital kept me alive but every time they were about to do surgery on me, another emergency happened and they had to postpone it. After this happened like five days in a row, my liver had regenerated and I've never had any problems with it since. I don't know if that fits your criteria or not. I have had headaches cured when people prayed for me or I prayed for myself sometimes. It doesn't happen every time. I prayed for a guy with a sore throat and his sore throat went away. That was cool. I always prayed to Jesus by the way.

I was the one who asked this question a little while ago. I actually refused medical treatment because I believed God would heal me from cancer. I had seen him do it in the past with others and knew he would do it with me.

P.S. Besides, I had previously put in my prayer request on how I would like to die. I have asked God for the honor of being a martyr. I figure I am going to die someday anyway - so that's the best way I can think of.

Oh my, yes.
I used to have nightmares from going to church with my family and they would say and do things that confused or scared me. When I got older, I used my common sense and discovered that these people and my poor parents were brainwashed and that the things I heard weren't real, so I no longer have nightmares and because this happened to me when I was younger, I'm a happier and more relieved person in contrast.

YES!!!!!!!!On January 15 about 4:30 in the morning I had a dream where I saw Jesus. When I woke up I knew that I had been healed. I did have some questions about my medications and what to do about them. Well, that evening I took my medicine and in two hours I woke up feeling like I had overdosed. That was the last time I took it. It has been 6 months and I have not had any problems. A few years back a stranger prayed for my back and while I was walking to the bathroom after the pray, I felt my spine moving. No back problems since then. I also prayed for someone at church that was deaf. His ears opened up. Was I surprised. I saw a guys leg grow longer at a prayer meeting.

YES, I have received a healing in 1978.
I had a pinched sciatic nerve in my left leg.
I was at a charismatic conference in Ottawa.
The healing was predicted on the Friday night.
And it occurred at noon on Saturday.
I've had no problem with it since then.
Only a slight numbness in my leg to remind me.

Yeah, once a double greasy cheese burger healed me from a massive hangover.

When I stopped taking my treatments and started eating right and exercising, and meditating, I recovered from severe immune system problems.
