I think that it's interesting that Jesus knew of different time zones. When Jesus spoke of the rapture, He said two shall be in the field, one shall be taken and the other left. He also said, that it would be midnight when the bridegroom comes. Jesus knew that some areas it would be night and other areas it would be day. I think Jesus knew that the earth was much bigger than known at that time and that there were different time zones.

Actually, there were no time zones in his day. In fact there were no clocks as we know them. Midnight was late at night, not 12:00 am.
He regularly saw that it was night sometimes and day sometimes. It is unlikely that as he travelled that he would have noticed that night was at different times in one area than another. After all, there were no clocks, per se. Time was determined by the position of the sun, stars, and with various timers.
He may have understood from the works of philosophers that the day in lands to the west was after the day in the lands to the east, but he probably didn't spend much time worrying about that. He also would not have quantified it in any meaningful way. He didn't need to. Time was relative then, it is more absolute now.

Be careful about applying modern knowledge to ancients. The world of Jesus was quite limited compared to today. Things were slower then, and such things as time often were much less precisely known, measured, or even tracked.

Actually the world knew the world wasn't flat long before then. With the church supressing knowledge during the dark ages it managed to be forgotten so it was only rediscovered as being round later in life.

What you need to be asking yourself is whether or not you know Jesus. If you don't then it is about TIME you did. Peace and God bless. By the way this question is pretty darn stupid!!! Peace.

I hope you are aware that no one know what Jesus actually said since the first accounts of him were written years after his death.
