It could be several different things.
Like someone else said, you can be working harder than you think because you want to impress.
There could be a boy you like and this gets you more nervous and your working out.
It could be the weather. Hot Humid Etc...
Everyone there is working out they arent going to think anything of it.
Good Luck this Season!!!

Running is not a pretty, clean, dry thing. It's exercise and your body is made to sweat to keep you cool. Tons of girls sweat when they run. For many people, its kind of a 'prize' after a run to be covered in sweat. Personally, I enjoy it but I am kinda like you, I never used to sweat and then began to sweat more and more. I don't mind it at all. You can't do much to sweat less, it's how you are, you're working hard. Just accept it, nobody is paying that much attention to how much you sweat. You could bring a towel to practice or an extra shirt and change.

I remember at some point as a teenager suddenly perspiring a lot more than I ever had before. I believe it's a natural process, all part of the body cooling off as you mature. Heck, as a junior high student I almost could get away without a shower after gym class sometimes. Stuff happens when you get older.
I always thought of having a shirt drenched in sweat as something of a badge of honor. See how hard I work?
Then, be sure to take a good shower after you.

Sweat is your body's method for keeping you from getting too hot. You really don't want to do anything to avoid it. As you get into better condition, you will probably start sweating less at the same level of exercise, but will continue to sweat at the same level of exertion (which will be faster than now). You actually have an advantage if you are a person who can sweat more than others, because it allows your body to exert more effort without overheating.
Get a tshirt that says, "Sweat is my way of being cool".

I understand exactly what you are talking about. I tend to sweat more than others when I am working out, and sometimes just in general. From what I understand it is just simply hormones and possibly your body type. Don't be embarrassed, matter of fact the more you sweat, the more weight you lose and you are more apt to be cooled off quicker. Another possibility is that your body temp runs lower than most, so what may be okay for some, may cause you to sweat.

I know quite a few girls who even after a short warm up are drenched in sweat. There's most likely nothing wrong with you and if you're sweating a decent amount, it probably means your well hydrated. Don't over think your over-sweating

i don't like being sweaty either. If your pits are a major part of the prob, There is a blotter you can buy at the drug u may store you use it only at night, i think it is called Sure, not the deoderant. I also spray deoderant on my back if we are going to be outside in the heat, and possibly rub regular deo stick on my chest. you can use the spray on your feet too. It sounds like you may need hydrate more, that will keep your sweat down, good old h2o works best.
