Ok, I'm kind of a math brain but I do have other abilities. Right now I'm going to be a sophomore getting my BS in computer engineering. I got a great internship this summer and I realized how much I do not want a career in engineering. It's just not something I see myself enjoying.
I'm a person who likes simple things, I'm creative but have no special talents, I like staying fit and can be a health nut and I'm a very smart girl. I'm pretty shy, I hate presentations and all that networking b/s. I want a respectable job but I don't have to make millions. I know I can do whatever I put my mind to - I'm just looking for something pretty interesting to do with my life.

I know it might sound like I'm asking for a dream job.. but I'll take any suggestions. So far I have physical therapist on mind.. anything you can think of?

And now for an answer some might consider odd; please let astrology help you!! go to any of the really good websites in astrology and look for 'vocational guidance' this is a branch of astrology that looks specifically at what you would be best suited for; no, it's not going to say you should be a teacher or an indian chief, it shows the areas you are strongest in...they will need your date, time and place of birth....hey,what could it hurt? it's better than taking a stab in the dark,so to speak!!!

~Judging from the sophmoric question, I believe you are a sophmore. Math brain? Wow. That and $1 will get you a cup of coffee. A "pretty smart girl" would realize that making life choices is not something to leave to knuckleheads like me on YahooAnswers. So much for your common sense. Creativity falls on its face too, for the same reason. Your "resume" is hardly impressive but I assume it is head and shoulders better than your work experience and history. Here's a thought: take a year off from school, give mommy and daddy a break and pay your own freight, get a job (any job) and figure out what you want to do with yourself. Then, figure out what you can do. Then find something that approaches both and do it and get off this site until you have something worthwhile to share.

If you can do anything you put your mind to, put you mind to the task of figuring out what you want to do.

~Let me get this straight. You're a sophomore, right? You're going for a BS in computer engineering, right? And you're asking people on YahooAnswers to pick a career for you, right?
