Not sure, but, could be something know as a reverse sneeze. my dog has done this before, but not for such a length of time as you describe. my vet told me to blow into dogs nose (gently!) while holding its mouth closed with your hands. maybe that would work for you , its worked for me. Also if your dog ate grass check in its mouth to see if a blade of it got stuck in there. If unsure, take dog to vet.

Dogs make a lot of weird noises. It could be anything from sneezes, burps, or even the hiccups - my dogs got them all the time as puppies and sometimes as adults. Does she appear in distress, like bulging eyes, drooling, or having difficulty breathing? Those could be signs of choking or an allergic reaction. Do get her to the vet as soon as possible if you think it's something serious, or if it's an emergency situation, there may be 24 hour veterinary clinics in your area (check the yellow pages).

Might be kennel cough, take your dog to the vet, kennel cough can get bad and have long term effects and won't fix itself. The treatment isn't expensive.

She could have kennel cough, or maybe something is partially stuck in her throat. You definitely should take her to the vet as soon as possible.
