i love football also and my hubby loves it that we can talk about it on game day. we both wear our jerseys on saturdays and have a friendly rivalry.

You sound like a woman who is increasing her odds of finding a guy. Since most heterosexual men like their football, you liking it as well gives you two something in common and a shared interest. More and more women are getting into sports in general for two main reasons: 1) As mentioned, that is where the men are and 2) They legitimately like the competiveness of sports.
I would find a woman hot if she is an avid baseball and hockey fan like myself. If she knew what a diamond formation defense of a power-play in hockey is, I would have to keep myself from love moaning. LOL
