My little sister got on my nerves till I'd scream with frustration. We shared a room for 17 years. She was neat, I was messy. She was loud, I wanted peace. Blah, blah, blah.
I went to college and we discovered that, when we didn't have to share a house, a bedroom, a bathroom and everything else, we didn't get on each others' nerves nearly as much.
She has her own family now, and I live 5 hours away with my own. And we're best friends. Honest.
So as to your problem, it will eventually burn itself out naturally, we hope. But in the meantime, avoid her, ignore her, but be nice when she asks you something. Don't call her names and try not to let her make you mad, because she knows just what to do, and she loves to watch you explode.
Try to make plans to be somewhere else when her friends are coming over, or invite your own friends because she'll leave you alone if you and your friends are playing a game or dishing.
In a few years, hopefully your sister will be off to college. If not, you can go to college a couple of years after that. College is cool. Eat what you want, do what you want, study how you want, live with whom you want, and nobody ever misses a birthday. And you don't have to share a room with your big sister. Maybe you'll have a better relationship with her after a few months or years apart.
Ojala!

Treat as if she doesn't exist. Look forward to whatever you are doing and do them with a great heart.
