I get a head ache everytime I stand up, and it lasts for quite a long time (about 2 mintues). I'm scared of what it might be, it would be great if you could help me!

See a neurologist, that way he/she can rule out any serious illnesses. Then tell you what type of headache you have and how to treat it. I see one regularly for my severe migraines. Good luck. 2D

First thought is have your blood pressure checked
Next is scratch lightly all over your head if your have tender spots - repeat when you get a chance untill they are gone
If the second is what is going on inform yourself by reading The Trigger Point Therapy Worekbook by Davies regarding muscles and the cause.
Remember to stay hydrated the best drinks contain 5 grams of sugar per serving or less - quantity is (bodyweight / 2 * ounces)

It could have something to do with a change in your blood pressure. Go see a doctor to be sure, headaches are nothing to ignore or mess around with.

If it is that serious it would probably be better to see a doctor about it.
