If your friend is 12, then you're just a young as she. Push yourself away from the table. Eat less junk food, no fast foods, more veggies, drink plenty of water and excercise. At such a young age, what's this thing with not wanting to lose weight in your boobs. Do you really know anything about yourself or your body. You're just starting to sprout and you're thinking about boobs. Actually you're moving too fast for yourself. SLOW DOWN. Be patient. (and it's lose, not loose) Concentrate on school.

yes skinny with "ALOT of boobs" sounds good in my book..hehe. And she's only 12? wow, girls are maturing so fast now...ok to the subject of loosing weight, I'm from the school of eating lots of veggies and fruit and some protein (chicken), no sweets, no gravies and no fried food. Lots of cold water. Some complex carbs too...check out ezekiel 4:9 bread...i eat it and i read it is on some of the celeb diets now. Exercise 5 times a week if your body will take it, both weight training and cardio will be needed...in a month and a half you should see a pretty good difference, but by the time next year starts you'll be a real hottie...goo dluck dear

I myself am hoping to achieve this also.If you arent like me, try this:
Walk around your block 2 times. Do this like every 2days, or once a week to start. When you build up soem muscle, start jogging 1 lap. Then 2, then 3, etc. For foods, lay off the junk. For a snack, carrots or celery. Try signing up for a gym. After dinner, instead of a regular desert like ice cream, try fruit with little or no sugar sprinkled on top.
Good luck.

To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.

1) Eat 5 to 6 times a day.
2) Eat lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs
(low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein.)
3) Reduce sugar intake and simple carbs. They make
you hungry fast.Cut junk food .
4) Oh, still eat the occasional ice cream
5)Take 2 to 3 cups of low fat milk, cheese, yoghurt and some dark chocolates.
You can be lucky too like your friend, You are still growing.
I went low carb, low fat high fibre high protein and
I am still at 108 lbs since I lost 31 lbs one year ago.
