homemade creamy garlic potato soup. Very simple and healthy. Anytime I make soup it feels so healthy and refreshing.

I cooked some pork chops on the stove with a dijon mustard sauce, green beans that I nuked in a steam bag and couscous where I heated the water in the microwave.

I marinated chicken in a Red Wine sauce and grilled it for my company, but since I'm a vegetarian, I made myself a veggie casserole (cut the vegetables and all!). I bought a protein drink from a gas station, which is the only pitiful part.

I made chicken noodle soup from scratch. I actually cut up vegetables and started with raw chicken. The only thing I use my microwave for is reheating homemade stuff.
