Pediatric LPN.. I think that only takes 2 years, probably less if you go for one of those 'Certified in a year" techincal colleges, since they dont require you to take 'fluff' classes
Other than that, a nanny, which probably just requires a certification, and Early Childhood Education, or Regular Education.
You could also work at the YMCA, or the Boys and Girls Club.. which i think may just require counsueling certificate.. which probably takes about a year.

You don't need a degree, just a diploma in ECE.
That's Early Childhood Education; maybe 2 years tops.

Find a copy of Lovejoy's College Guide and look for a school that will put you in a co-op program. You can earn and get college credit at the same time.
