That photograph is of the President looking out the window of Air Force One as they were taking him to safety on September 11, 2001.
Too many really good people died that day. Their lives came to a sudden end.
Regardless of what we may think of our President, I don't think I would want to disrespect the poor souls that died on 9/11 by mocking the President of the United States.
