I need to lose weight before school starts not only to be healthier but also to be able to get the girls I have my eyes on

I am a 16 yr old male that is 5 foot 10 inches tall and weigh 252 pounds if any of this is information that will help with your answer

The first thing you need to know is that any weight loss program that promises more than 4 pounds a week loss is unhealthy. Regardless if you are male or female more than 4 pounds a week will result in lean muscle tissue loss. Lean muscle loss means that your body will metabolize these tissues before fat. So you can actually gain fat on these diets. Gaining fat is not what you want? The healthiest way of loosing weight as fat is a combination of exercise and caloric restriction. This is not as bad as it might sound. Using caloric restriction and exercise is the healthiest way to lose weight. As an example lets say you are a couch potatoe then you would take your weight times 11. This is your daily requirement for calories. If all you did was to lower your daily caloric intake by 200 a day your weekly intake would be 1400 calories less than before. One pound of weight equals 3600 calories 1400 is more than 33% . On a daily basis 200 is about 10% of what you will need. I hope that looking at the math will show you that daily it is fairly easy, and it really adds up weekly. If you need to fill the gap daily I suggest sunflower seed, walntuts, pecans, or pistashios all of these produce an enzyme that tells your brain that it is full usually after one serving (2 OZ). If you combine this with walking 30 min. a day 3 days a week you will lose weight. My personal experience with this? I am 41 now I am 5'8" and weigh 170. At 13 I weighed 185 at 5' 4" what this means is at 13 I was overweight age,sex , and height are a factor. Now as far as getting the girl: make her laugh and be confident. I know, what you really wanted to know I put at the end.

It takes 20 minutes for your stomach to tell your brain that you are full. So eat small meals and wait 20 minutes to see if you are still hungry. Also, eat very slowly. It will trick your stomach into thinking it's getting a lot.
Don't use Extreme anything, or chemicals to lose weight. Moderation is the best and most lasting solution. Get a well balanced diet, just less of it. Get exercise, just brisk walking will help.

Yes, and it's called Weight Watchers. I've been doing it since January, and I hardly ever feel like I'm dieting. I can eat until satisfied and still have treats each week that make it feel like I'm cheating, but I'm not. You don't even have to go to meetings any more. You can do it all online. It's the healthiest way to lose weight because you're encouraged to get in all the food groups, eat lots of fruits and veggies, eat whole grains, lean meats, and healthy oils, get in 2-3 servings of dairy, and drink tons of water. Plus, the message boards provide great support.

Xtreme dieting and exercise are bad. Site below has tips on making little changes. Pick a couple now and a few more later. You can sunbathe. Buy healthy pasta. Eat more water (much better than drinking more water).

The best way to lose weight is doing exercise.

The best type of exercise for weight loss is something you ENJOY DOING and are likely to continue doing - not just while losing weight but also as you maintain weight in the long term.

Your initial fitness goal should be to do 30 minutes of exercise each day. Thereafter, gradually increase this (ideally) to about 60 minutes of exercise per day.

The best combination of exercise is a mixture of aerobic and weight/strength training (and stretching). Aerobic and weight/strength training exercises both assist weight loss but in different ways.

Fruits,Vegetables,Water,At least 8 glasses a day.Eat real Turkey not processed Turkey,Fresh Fish,Tuna in water,instead of hamburgers of any kind,hot dogs of any kind,bacon of any kind,no sweets,regular milk,if you drink milk make 1 or 2 percent.No store bought cookies,cakes,white bread,wheat is alright,if you eat it sparingly,no salt,soda,chips.If you really want to lose the weight you have to stop,not ease off but stop all the things i mentioned.Good Luck and may God Bless You.
