im really TRYING to cut way back on Dairy, ive never been a huge milk drinker anyway, unless its on cereal (cheerios, special K with berries, ect) but are there any alternatives for something to pour over cereal? I read one or two people use Apple Juice on their cereal! I mean I even want to cut back on soy milk. im trying to idenify a food allergy so im cutting out some things for a while..any suggestions?? and NOT plain water! ughhhhh..

either nothing with your cereal, or you could put a protien drink over it; it would be vanilla flavored. You could also put apple juice over plain cherrios

I have heard of people putting Orange juice on cereal. I prefer to eat it dry if I don't want to use milk or I have a Cereal Bar instead of a bowl of cereal.

I like it with coffee. I know this isn't for everyone but it's the only other thing i like with cereal other than milk.

Top the cereal with tinned fruit salad and let the juice from that be your moisture.

nicely, the final one sounds fantastic - it sort of sounds such as you do not even decide for our help. yet, while you're finding for something to kick initiate your day, total grain cereal or bread with complicated carbohydrates supply you greater lasting potential than proteins.

coffee cream - yum... and you only need just a little! Ooops... unless you are so allergic to milk, then... no that would not work. Some people dunk it in their black coffee as the cereal sweetens the coffee and it goes together....

my ex father in law always topped his cereal with apple sauce, or pears. you can mix in most anything you like!
