Could possibly be either Colidas (Not sure of the spelling) or an ulcerated colon. I would get to a vet sooner rather than later.

it could be lots of thing worms if it is vomiting then parvo but if it dose not stop soon get it to the vet ASAP

As long as his body waist isn't really loaded with blood I wouldn't be to worried.
