how can you tell if a guy has a good personality?
what are the qualities of being a guy with good personality ... help me out

This answer can vary, but here is a list of things one can tell, male or female have a good personality:
1) They smile a lot.
2) They laugh and joke a lot.
3) They are positive and don't speak too negatively about others and things in life.
4) They have good self-control and seldom get angry/fighting mad.
5) They exhibit good manners and know how to conduct themselves in public.
6) They know how to dress and groom nicely that commands respect from others.
7) They have an extensive vocabulary in their everyday conversations and do not curse and swear every other word.
I could come up with more, but I don't need too. Are you seeing the trend here?

A guy with a good personality is a guy that is funny, listens to you, will talk about anything, sometimes jokes around and just a well rounded guy.

Skateboard P, if you are a teenager then don't listen to people saying "intelligent, polite, gentle, etc" because girls of your age consider good personality as bad attitude, non-nerdiness, etc.
