I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday and have been taking Vicodin. I feel like I need to go to the bathroom, but I can't seem to. Is this because Vicodin causes it?!

Yes, this medication causes constipation. Start taking metamucil powdered supplement first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. This will start getting you regulated. Also eat high fiber foods: fruits, vegetables, beans, brown rice, whole grains.

You want to be free in about 30 minutes? It taste nasty but drink Epsom salts, the directions are on the back. This stuff will definitely work good and fast and it is inexpensive.I cannot use suppositories or give my self an enema, I think that is grosser. My husband was complaining about how it was hurting bad because of constipation from his Vicodin. He said they felt like cinder blocks coming out and hurt so the salt helped.
