You aren't eating well - what you eat is very important - you can eat a head of lettuce and a can of tuna every day and still not be eating right. What you need is to get the guidelines so you can make better choices. Go to www.mypyramid.gov - type in your weight and some other stuff and then you will get a guideline you can print and put on the fridge so you make healthier food choices. Good Luck!

You should incorporate some fruit in breakfast and lunch and veggies in dinner. lower the carb. intake too, this should help with your health and weight.

You shouldn't limit yourself totally, it isn't healthy; you should eat your main courses with healthy snacks in between. Also, get some juices and milk in your diet!!!

that doesn't seem like an inordinate amount of food. however, you qualified most of your food choices with "just" ("just ham" etc) which indicates YOU'RE taking issue with how much you ate. instead of focusing on how much you ate, why not focus on what you're eating? add more proteins and cut the carbs. i also noticed you''re lacking fruits and veggies.

best wishes.

WAY TOO MANY CARBS.....CARBS IS THE MAIN SOURCE OF WEIGHT GAIN......

THE CEREAL IS OKAY......

FOR LUNCH TRY A LOW CARB WRAP WITH MEAT.....

AND DINNER GRILLED CHICKEN AND VEGGIES....

CARBS ARE VERY FATTENING!

THAT IS MY PROBLEM RIGHT NOW....GOOD LUCK!
