its really hard trust! so idk what to get him .... hes very special and cute lol...so.....

This is a tough one for me. Being that I am not a high maintainance person and do not ask for a lot in life, I wouldn't want or expect anything on anniversaries. That and since I don't know your guy and what he generally likes.
Based on the limited info you provided, I wouldn't get him anything that is too expensive. Make sure it is something from the heart. Something you know he will like and appreciate. Here is an idea. Take him to a day spa and pamper him with a massage. Cook him a nice dinner and a movie. That should be within your budget and it is personal from you.

get something that would be like an inside joke, but still very useable. for example: when my girlfriend turned 17 I gave her a card that said "one more year until you can work at bed bath and beyond" because she applied there and found out you couldn't work there until you were 18. it was funny. I also gave her a gift card to some jewlery store.
