Fresh or frozen Broccoli.

Boil 5 minutes.

Drain.

Place yellow or white cheese singles to cover.

Shut off stove and cover with lid till cheese melts.

I love it.

I have many favorites, depends on what I am eating with them.
French fried potatoes goes with hamburgers.
Sauerkraut goes with hot dogs.
Horse radish goes with corned beef.
I guess you get my drift.

Dude, its all about the artichoke. Roasted/marinated artichoke hearts are like heaven. And don't get me started on cooked artichoke leaves dipped in melted butter...

six week beans but I also like
dixie lees oh, yeah
corn - stewed, on cob, fried, corn pudding etc... or
'taters then there's always
green beans oh wait....
cabbage or some fresh
asparagus or
broccoli............
Aw, heck there are so many good one that I can't even name them all so I don't think I can pick one.....
