I'm so sick of being single, I'm 22 and i see all my friends finding their soul mates, I really start thinking I will end up alone and I really don't want that. I don't know what is wrong with me! I'm not a model but I'm not ugly either. I have a great family, nice friends, I succeed in my studies.. but I can't seem to find a guy who want to be more than my friend. Maybe I'm expecting too much. I don't know, is it so hard to find someone this day?

BTW, check with your friends in a month and see if they still think those people are their soul mates.

hi hon....
we could all tell you to relax because there is probably someone for you right around the corner, but i know you'd probably still feel this way -- sick of being single.
you will meet someone, and when you do, be particular! don't settle for the first one who comes along. have standards, and don't take any crap!
it is hard to find someone to date, harder to find someone who you feel you connect with and can stand to live with for the rest of eternity.
meanwhile, enjoy your friends, get out and socialze with them when you can. take a girlfriend to lunch, or plan a get together or night out with the girls. keep yourself occupied in your spare time.... it's better than sitting around waiting for "prince charming".
i am sure you wll meet someone wonderful before you know it! hugs

you must be my long lost twin!!! i dunno why great girls like us are left on the shelf when we have so much to offer. but we're relegated to the friend-zone. it sucks. i've recently decided that i don't want to be that girl anymore- the one waiting to be picked out from the crowd... i'm gonna stand on ppls shoulder, do a crocodile dundee & wade out from the crowd to meet anyone & everyone, make friends and say Hi! we're both fun & beautiful- why should we hang around in the background when we have an opportunity to show the world what they're missing? lol! good luck!

Yes it is difficult and the older you get i find the harder it is to find someone.Maybe your just trying to hard,and your coming off looking desperate.try to relax and just be yourself you know?It could be your just looking in the wrong places and need to start looking else where.Just dont try to act or be something your not,just be who God made you to be.

take a deep breath....and relax....at the tender age of 22 you have plenty of time to find your prince charming or better yet for him to find you...i'm 29 and totally single have been for 4 years..good thing i don't want to have any kids...lol...it'll happen when it happens...don't sweat it...good luck!
