Just think of him as a potential good friend. If you get to know him as friends first, then you can see if you really want someone as more than that. You both can decide if it comes to that. Just start off with a friendly hello. You can ask him questions about him, what his interests are, music likes, goals in life, his family, etc....
Friends first is the best thing before you decide you really WANT him for anything else. You may get to know the real him and thank the Lord that you didn't get involved. Then again, you may have a new best friend.

dependson the situation....if he isnt a total stranger, suggest you go see a movie, start up a conversation, ask him if he has a sister or siblings, or look at what he is wearing, ask him where he got it from or say it looks expensive even when it looks cheap...its better than nothing. you can do that if you arent that close. well, if anything say something, like hey, i didnt know what to say, so...or something like that.

i wouldnt know. ive never had that problem. if you like someone go for it! say something quirky or funny or sexy etc whatever ....the worst he can do is tell you to get lost. then you can throw a drink or something in his face : ) seriously, whats stopping you. confidence ladies, confidence.
