It looks like it was translated into Russian by some on line translators, does not make any sense..
Could be:
I have perfect dining rooms (furniture, or rooms themselves)

I have perfect dining rooms (furniture), or I have perfect dining facilities (cafeteria style), or I have perfect flatware (stolovye pribory).
