You may need a different antibiotic.
You may have a resistant infection.

Speaking in tongues is one of the gifts of the Spirit listed in the Bible. There are several different ideas on the matter, I'll give you all of them and allow you to choose. 1. Tongues is a gift that was for the early church only, it disappeared when the Bible had been completed. 2. It is a gift where a person can speak an language unknown to them for the purposes of reaching others with the gospel. 3. It is a prayer language where the person can speak to God in utterances that they don't even know what they are saying. It does seem to be a touchy subject with many people, but these are the three main ideas for it.

Fevers are a good thing. It means your body is fighting back. But if you have a fever for more than about 5 days in a row, then go back to the doctor!

Antibiotics can also zap your energy. 100 degrees is a very low grade fever. It's best to listen to your body while you are healing. If you genuinely feel tired then rest.

Your fever indicates your body is fighting the infection currently. It is raising your core body temp to denature the proteins in the viruses making you ill.
The fever is annoying, but it is helping.

Give it alittle more time. Usually it takes 3 full days of taking antibiotics before they start working well. Probably by tomorrow, you be feeling better. Get well.
