No insult intended, but he looks just like the evil Emperor in Star Wars.

There's no such thing as an "evil face."
However, Pope Benedict XVI could easily play Emperor Palpatine from Star Wars, without makeup.

Some still shots gave me the same impression, but that's just a stereotypical idea of the "look" anyway.
In other photos, he appears quite distinguished.

I think he looks fine for an elderly man. You sound very immature to be casting aspersions on a public figure's integrity by saying he "looks" evil.

His face is fine. Some photographs have been flattering, some have been are unflattering. I'm sure everyone has had that experience.
