There is no way to know, by the last name if someone is Roman Catholic. I am going to list names that are in my family, but will wait for a while, to tell you want their religious denomination / affiliation is; for now just give it your best guess.

HEY !!!! WATCH IT GNOSTIC !! The Bible came from the JEWS ! Without the Jews we would have no Bible. Remember,Jesus Is A Jew,not catholic. Since Jesus Christ was the word and the word become flesh and dwealt among us,If they deny that then they deny Jesus and His word. Jesus said I(Jesus) am the way,the truth and the life and no one comes unto the Father except by Me(Jesus). That's pretty clear, don't you think. The only way to God Is through the blood shed by Jesus Christ and what He did for ALL humanity. God has said In His word that If anyone comes preaching any other gospel than this do not even wish them godspeed lest you partake of their sins. If It don't come from the Bible I don't believe It....

No name is specifically Roman Catholic, but if any name starts with 'O'' or 'Mc' or 'Mac' there's a fairly good chance its owner is one.

There is no such thing. The Church is not identified with any one single ethnic group. As to ethnic groups that are traditionally catholic - irish-American,Hispanics,etc. - many are agnostic or atheist. There is no such thing as a Catholic last name the way there are obvious "Jewish" last names.

I'm not sure there are any...
You maybe thinking this because it's possible to identify a Jewish person based on their name. Jewish people are different because Jewish is an ethnic group. Just like you can hear a Latino last name and know they are Latin. It's the ethnicity not the religion that is identifiable.
