No. It means that Christians, Jews, and Muslims will be targeted for extermination by athiests and the ruling one-world government, which will set itself up as "god".
Think the K'mer Rouge, but worldwide. Thinking will be outlawed, and "faith" will be considered subversion.

The NWO will put christians to death. It says in the Bible that those that don't take the mark will be killed. You will not be able to buy or sell anything either. When you take the mark (on your forehead of hand) this represents worshiping the anti-christ. God will provide for those people that will not take the mark because they belong to Him. Just like He took care of the jewish people coming out of Egypt, he will take care of those that love Him.
