Let me see here. . . you've been going in circles, you've lost yourself, you're a horrible person, and you're an absolute idiot with no motivation to do anything at all. So. . . . what is your question? You've just told me a pack of lies about yourself.
Our thoughts are what cause our feelings. Any person who thinks as badly about themselves as you do is not going to be a very happy, motivated person.
Dr. Phil has wonderful advice on his website:

"Eliminating Your Negative Internal Dialogue"
You are not a horrible person, and you are not an absolute idiot. Those are the lies that you are allowing to make you feel unmotivated. You, and only you, have the power to change your own thoughts. No one can make decisions for you.

depression isn't trivial to the person experiencing it. it is very real, it is real to you, and that's all that matters. talk to someone your trust.
and if there's no one like that, try looking in the phone book. many counselors accept insurance.

if your in college, they should provide free counseling at the student and health center.
