the bible says you are wise if note it says several parts of how to know if your wise...
your wise if you hold your tongue your wse if you do not base your decsions on just your council but the council of others much older then you.

it says you are wise if you do what your told weather you like it or not and do not complain.

Of course if someone thinks they are wise they are not. And your definitions of wise are very far off.

A dog is wise in the ways of the dog. A donkey is wise to the ways of his master.
You are wise to obey the speed limit.
It all depends on what you are talking about.
Although referring to yourself as wise is like bragging no matter what the context.
