When you digest food, some of the waste products are liquid, some soild, and some gas. The gas is farts, and it's mostly methane. Yes, it burns pretty well.

Farts are that funny smells that follow me around after a night on the lager.
Don't want to ignite them as i see them as friends nowadays.

They won't ignite unless you are close to a flame.
Saying that, there's a theory that 'spontaneous combustion' (where the whole body is consumed in a fierce fire, leaving it nearly completely destroyed) is caused by natural emissions.

There made up of methane gas and they can ignite..Many a drunken weekend me and my mates have let rip and lit up and once my mates hole was burned to the point that it hurt when he dumped for a while...

Hun, a fart is the gasses that build up from the food we eat, & much to my disgust! (even tho it was sooo funny to watch) my eldest son is the proud owner of the best lit ar*e in the area & curently holds the unofficial title of longest & strongest lit farts!! & I now refuse to replace any of his trousers / joggers, you've heard of skid marks? he gets scorch marks pmsl
