I think the best way to get someone to be interested in you is to have some interests in your own life. Finding a passion about your life and nurturing it to a place where it's a regular part of your life allows you to not completely depend on another person for validation and self esteem.
Ultimately, until you feel good enough about yourself to stand on your own emotionally, no other person can support you. Fostering an outside interest that you are passionate about can, with time, help you there.

Sure, girls say they want the "nice guy." But what happens to nice guys? They get stuck in the friend zone. What does this nice guy hear when he talks to her? That guys she's been with are jerks, etc. Ladies love the jerks (to an extent).
Don't try to be a girl's friend. And you know you've REALLY screwed up when a girl says that you're like a brother to her... She'll never date her brother. So right from the get-go, let her know you want more than a "friendship".
... In my opinion, the nice guy thing is overrated...

Coming from a girl you should be honest! There are certain traits that some girls will like and there are others that they will not. Being honest is good. Girls are strange creatures and you never know when she will strike. Just be ready to be yourself and treat her the right way.

Be yourself, ditch the ego, have a good time. Girls don't necessarily like the tough guy and the phrase nice guys finish last is wrong. Be yourself, that's what girls want!

based on that question, you sound like your about my age, younger teens? but wutever...anyways, to get girls to like you,it kinda depends on wut kind of girls u want to like u. but most girls want a guy who's a "gentleman" and is sweet. so u can try
holding the door for a girl while smiling, flirting with a girl, and if you're the shy type, make eye contact with a girl and smile, but not too long or it'll be kinda awkward. it would be better to be friends with a girl before asking them out, or it would be a very, very, very awkward relationship like me and my ex. be nice to them make them laugh be romantic every girl wants a prince charming and boys well they aren't exactly good at that so just remember act like a knight in shining armor
