"Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom." -- Matthew16:28
"But I tell you of a truth, there be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God." -- Luke 9:27
"Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done." -- New Testament
"The time is short: it remaineth, that both they that have wives be as though they had none."
Paul and the other New Testament writers, expects the end to come soon. "The time is short." So there's no time for sex and marriage since the world will be ending soon.
He was WRONG about this and yet Christians take his word to be equal to the Word of GOD ???
He was wrong on this very very crucial issue and yet the Christians dont question every other statement he makes.
Spiritual suicide....plain and simple.

1 Corinthians 7
----"I would that all men were even as I myself. ... But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn."
Paul recommends that all men and woman would abstain from sex. But those who can't control themselves should get married, for "it is better to marry than to burn."
-----"It is good for a man not to touch a woman."
Paul would prefer that no one marry. But he says "to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife.
He was obviously SO WRONG and yet now his words are given equal strength to the Word of God.

You are drawing the wrong conclusion from the text. Paul NEVER forbids marriage or sex within a marraige. In fact, he several times PLAINLY SAYS that if people want to go ahead and get married, they should do so, and if people are having trouble with their sex drives they should go ahead and get married and have legitimate sex!
Did you miss those passages? How strange, since they are in the same Pauline passages as the ones you quoted....
It would seem you either
1. Did not read the full text
OR
2. Are deliberately misquoting the passages and misinterpreting them IN ORDER TO MAKE A FALSE POINT.
My money is on #2.
Following your "logic" would be spiritual suicide...plain and simple!

In the Garden of Eden, when God said to Adam regarding the forbidden fruit, ". . . on the day thou shalt eat it, you shalt surely die. . . ". Did they die on the day they eventually partook of the fruit? No. Adam actually lived more than 900 years old, more or less. So what happened. It was because when adam and eve broke God's command not to partake of the fruit, they were driven out from the garden of eden and Heaven was separated from Earth so that 1 day in Heaven is equal to 1000 years on Earth. God's warning still stood because adam died on the day he partook of the fruit.
There are so many things about God's words that we do not comprehend and just because we don't, it doesn't make mean that God doesn't exist. There still countless of things that proves His existence, much much more than things that disprove it. Don't lose faith.

seed time and harvest is a short amount of growth time - just one season long
that is the "short time" that Paul refers to. but not many people know that because they dont read concerning the sower that sows the word, and those who have a sack of seeds that return with sheaves of wheat in their arms, and dont know about the shortened growth time spoken of in Amos 9

how can it be that christians read Paul and get married.... and unbelievers read Paul and go into a canniption fit

Honestly that is legit question you have there. So let's take your references and consider them in context of who he was talking to and maybe what he was refering to as well.
Your first few quotes are from Jesus not Paul - yet we still have a reasonable explanation when considered in their context and not just lifted piece miel from any documemt
One must be diligent and truthful when looking at any quote from anyone - especially in dealing with scripture.
"Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom." -- Matthew16:28 Jesus was speaking to peers of his day...this could easliy and logically refer to the establishment of what is called the church ( which is called elsewhere in the text "the kingdom of God")that was established after his return ( coming back from the grave) and began at pentecost in Act 2- just a little time after his ascension
"But I tell you of a truth, there be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God." -- Luke 9:27 Same as above
Paul's Quotes
Paul is wrting to a specific group of people at a specific time and place about "something" that will affect them to such a degree that they wish that they had not have chosen to get married because it would be hard to endure-
let consider some contextual points
First he never specifies or implies that he is talking about Christ's return .
Second He may very well have been talking about the times of perscution that were to descend upon christians and jews alike very soon after his writings or he may have been speaking about a tragedy that would befall only those whom he was writing to.
third What he describes does not at all sound like the return of christ coming to claim his church. Why would that be a time of trial for those who are christians? Upon christ's return the scripture is clear that those who belong to him will rise to meet him in the skys. While there are many who believe in the rapture and a millinieal rein of christ (-those items are not found in the scripture adn are realtivly new in christian though arrving in the late 1800's-)even those who believe in that theroy of how christ returns will agree that those who are right with god will not be left to suffer ( BTW i don't think that is an issue of salvation - what difference does it make to me how he returns and what he does- he's god! he can come in a pink cadillac for all I care as long as I belong to him it's all cool even if i misunderstand how it will end)
Scripture must be read in the context of who it was written to when it was written and with a desire to understand what was the basic spiritual principal being applied to this specific situtation and circumstance.
If I said to my son - don't throw water on your brother while we are in the car - you can take it out of context and say well it is ok to throw water on your brother anytime except when in the car.. or as long as it is not your brother etc...or you could make it say it means it is ok to throw coke on your brother or light him on fire... etc
In every day life we all know and understand how to read what the above quote means. With scripture though we often tend to read it differently in order to make it support what we hope and want it to support.
We must read scripture like we read the above quote- we must recognize that obviously there are many factors involved in the situation to consider and that we should be looking for the point and principal meaning of the words - In this case the principal is that throwing water on someone in an inapproiate circumstnce or location is wrong.
I grew up in a faith fellowhip that worked over time to make scripture say and mean something that it does not-For example
using paul's instructions "if any of you is happy then he should sing and make melody in his heart" as proof text for a a rule that instruments are not be used when we worshhip god-- Paul was not talking about a worship period at all-he was talking about everyday life as you are with people-- if your happy sing, if your sad cry-- in the context of his letter he was not talkig about worhsip he was just saying if your happy be happy - he was not instructing anyone on how to worship.. To say that Paul was gving instructions on how to worship is both false and devious in that it makes him appear to say something he was not.
So there it is.
context context context is they key!!

Paul was a self-promoter and a church promoter who consistently and calculatingly mis-represented the words and teachings of Jesus to forge a church in his own image.
